Refunds & Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund, or exchange it for another item within 30-days. 

Cancelled or Returned Orders
To cancel your order or return your purchase contact us here.  If we receive your order cancellation prior to it being shipped, we will cancel the shipping immediately.

If your order has already been shipped, or received by you, you can arrange a return. Upon receiving your request for a return, we will arrange for the return shipping. Return shipping costs are free, but there may be some applicable return costs. We will inform you of these when responding to your return request. Please note that the item does not need to be returned to us within 30 days, only the notice that you wish to return your purchase. If you have cut / separated the wallpaper strips, they can still be returned.

If you choose to arrange the return shipping yourself, we take no responsibility for the delivery and we will not refund your order until we have received the product. We will not reimburse any shipping costs incurred. For this reason, we advise against you doing so, and recommend that you let us arrange for the return shipping

All returned products will be recycled.

Refunds
You will receive a full refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s). The money will be refunded via the same payment method that you used when placing the order and there are no transaction fees.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your order for another item contact us here.

In the case of an exchange, you will be charged for your new order in full. And receive a full refund for the order being exchanged, within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s). The money will be refunded via the same payment method that you used when placing the order and there are no transaction fees.

If we receive your exchange request prior to it being shipped, we will cancel the shipping immediately, and instigate the production and shipping of your new order. It will take 1-3 days for your new order to be produced before it is shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, or received by you. We will ship your new order when it is ready. And arrange separately, for the return shipping of the order you wish to exchange. Return shipping costs are free, but there may be some applicable return costs. We will inform you of these when responding to your return request.
