How to Measure
Your Wall

General Guidelines

Only measure the area that will be covered—skip the baseboards, trim, or molding
Use a tape measure and jot down your numbers
As a safety margin, add an extra 4 inches (10 cm) to both width and height when placing your order

Measuring Different Wall Types:

Standard Wall

Measure the full width and height at their widest and tallest points. Double-check for accuracy.

Multiple Walls

If your wallpaper extends across multiple adjacent walls, measure the total combined width as one continuous wall - do not treat them like separate walls or orders.

Wall with Doors/Windows

Ignore obstacles—measure the full width and height, as if they were not there. Any cutouts will be made during installation.

Sloped Walls

Measure the space as if it were a full rectangle. The excess will be trimmed off during installation.

Walls Along Stairs

Height: Measure from the highest ceiling point down to the lowest floor point
Width: Measure the horizontal length of the stairs (not the diagonal)
The final measurement should form a rectangle—excess paper is trimmed away. Hang from the highest point downwards to ensure pattern match

Wallpaper Samples

Samples include an A3 (11.7 x 16.5 inches) ‘design sample’ with your chosen pattern, printed on our Premium stock. As well as two, A4 (8.27 x 11.69 inches) ‘material samples’. One printed on our Premium Textured wallpaper. And one on our Peel and Stick paper. For Murals, the artwork is scaled down to show the complete design. For repeatable patterns samples will show both the full design and a portion of the pattern in actual size.

How to Measure Your Walls

Only measure the area that will be covered—skip the baseboards, trim, or molding. Measure the full width and height at their widest and tallest points. Use a tape measure and jot down your numbers. For accuracy, add an extra 2-4 inches (5-10 cm) to both width and height when placing your order. This makes installation smoother. If your wallpaper extends across multiple adjacent walls, measure the total combined width as one continuous wall - do not treat them like separate walls or orders.

Installation

Your wallpaper comes with easy-to-follow instructions. Here's how it works:

STEP 1: PREP & LAY OUT
Cut the lengths at the marked symbols. Lay them out in numerical order, starting with length number one.

STEP 2: TIME TO HANG
For pasted wallpaper: roll the paste directly onto the wall. The panels are numbered left to right—hang from ceiling to floor, working from the center outward.

For Peel & Stick: just peel off the backing and apply it straight to the wall—no paste needed.

STEP 3: FINISHING TOUCHES
Trim any excess along the ceiling and floor. That’s it. You're done.

Your order will be produced within 1-3 business days.

Shipping
Once produced, your order will be shipped via UPS with 2-3 business days for delivery. Shipping and delivery is free of charge. For UPS shipments you will receive a confirmation by email when your package has been shipped. This email will also provide information on how to track your order. We are not liable for any delays caused by the logistics company. In the event of a production delay, you can cancel your purchase free of charge. If special conditions apply to your order that may affect production times you will be notified by email.

Samples
Samples are sent via regular mail and can take up to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping updates will not be provided for orders sent by mail.

If you do not receive a UPS confirmation for regular orders. Or have a sample order that has not arrived after 10 business days, please email us at contact@wildpalace.com, or message us on Facebook or Instagram.

Refunds & Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund, or exchange it for another item within 30-days.

You will receive a full refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s). The money will be refunded via the same payment method that you used when placing the order and there are no transaction fees.
