1. AGREEMENT
These Purchase Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all sales of wallpaper and decor (the "Products") available for purchase through www.wildpalace.com (the "Website"), as offered by The Wild Ventures Pte. Ltd., a corporation registered in Singapore at the registered address of 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore, 049422 (the "Seller"). By making a purchase, the customer ("Customer") agrees to these Terms without modification. If these Terms are not accepted, the purchase will be void, subject to Wild Palace’s return policy.
2. PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All prices listed on www.wildpalace.com are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and additional service fees, which remain the responsibility of the Customer. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change at Wild Palace’s sole discretion. All purchases depend on Product availability. If an ordered Product is unavailable, Seller may offer an alternative or provide a full refund. We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities and decline any order at our discretion.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods are listed at www.wildpalace.com/pages/ordering-and-payment. By completing a purchase, the Customer confirms they are authorised to use the provided payment method. Seller is not responsible for errors made by third-party payment processors.
4. DELIVERY
Estimated production times are 1-3 days, followed by an estimated 2-3 days for shipping and delivery. These times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Seller is not liable for delays or delivery failures but will work to resolve issues promptly. Once a Product is delivered, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted according to our Return Policy, available at www.wildpalace.com/pages/refunds-and-returns. Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued based on the conditions outlined in the policy.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
seller disclaims any warranty not expressly provided herein and further disclaims any implied warranty, guaranty or representation as to performance, quality and absence of hidden defects, and any remedy for breach of warranty or contract, which but for this provision, might arise by implication, operation of law, custom of trade or course of dealing, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances will Wild Palace, its affiliates, employees, or suppliers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a Product purchase or use. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs. Where applicable law limits liability exclusions, Wild Palace’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
Seller is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, labour strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Website remain the exclusive property of Wild Palace. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use Seller content without written permission.
10. WEBSITE CONTENT DISCLAIMER
Product descriptions, imagery, and other content on the Website are provided for informational purposes only. Variations in colour and texture may occur, and Seller is not responsible for discrepancies between on-screen representations and physical Products.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms represent the complete agreement between Seller and the Customer regarding Product purchases and replace any prior agreements, whether written or verbal.
13. MODIFICATIONS
Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Continued use of the Website and purchases will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms cannot be orally changed, modified, amended or discharged, in whole or in part. Any change, modification, amendment or discharge, to be effective, must be in writing.
14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Singapore. Seller and the Customer agree to waive the right to a trial by jury or class action lawsuit.
